hallo kaffee / legal information
service & pilot.
These terms describe the framework of our service for café operators acting in a business capacity. Scope and outstanding details are set out in an individual partner agreement before starting. Visiting the website or making an enquiry does not enter into a contract.

Provider and participation
The provider is R&R Spiele UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Emeranstraße 23, 85622 Feldkirchen, Germany, represented by Rieke du Toit.
The pilot is for three selected independent cafés in Munich. Participation and the start are agreed individually. Platform acceptance and activation depend on Uber Eats’ requirements and decisions. An enquiry does not secure a place or platform approval.
Our services
- Assess the café’s delivery suitability together and guide platform onboarding.
- Prepare the catalogue, product descriptions and suitable licensed or café-supplied photos.
- Set up the tablet workflow and train the team.
- Apply listing, product, photo, opening-hours and online-availability updates from changes and photos sent by the café via email or WhatsApp, with its approval.
- Manage marketing and customer outreach through the marketplaces’ own advertising and promotional tools, within the agreed scope and in cooperation with the café.
- Review performance weekly, suggest practical adjustments and represent participating cafés in platform discussions.
We fund some marketplace campaigns. For others, we agree shared costs with the café. Campaigns and any café contribution are approved before they run.
Availability updates concern the online listing. Physical stock counting and automatic stock integration are not included.
We start with Uber Eats. Wolt is evaluated after a successful operational pilot and is not automatically included. The platforms are independent providers; we do not claim a platform recommendation, partnership or approval of hallo kaffee.
The café’s work and decisions
The café supplies current product and menu information and sends product, photo, opening-hours and online-availability changes by email or WhatsApp for us to apply. It independently decides its products, prices, opening hours and promotions. It is responsible for the accuracy of approved information, including required product and allergen information, and appropriate rights to use supplied content.
The team accepts orders, prepares drinks and food, packs and hands them to the courier. For active orders, it handles urgent availability issues and possible alternatives through the platform’s intended tools.
The café remains the seller, responsible for its products, preparation and applicable operational requirements. Delivery follows the relevant platform’s processes.
Account, access and identity
The café owns its platform merchant account and receives Uber payouts directly. It grants us authorised manager access within the agreed scope. Account ownership is not transferred and personal passwords are not handed over.
The café’s name remains prominent. “Café Name × hallo kaffee” is only a possible secondary mark, subject to the café’s approval and the platform’s agreement. The actual seller and location must remain identifiable. An additional mark is not a condition of participation.
Fee and invoicing
Our fee is 10% of the actual agreed eligible Uber payout. VAT is already included in that 10%. The basis is considered after Uber platform fees have been deducted. No additional VAT is added to our agreed fee.
The fee also applies during the 30-day pilot. R&R Spiele UG (haftungsbeschränkt) invoices the café monthly; Uber’s direct payout to the café remains separate.
Example: an eligible Uber payout of €1,000 means a €100 fee including VAT. This is fee arithmetic only, not a revenue or profit expectation.
Before starting, the parties record in the individual agreement which payout items are eligible, how refunds, cancellations, promotions and later adjustments are treated, and which invoicing records are used. Hardware provision and any further costs are also expressly agreed. Campaign funding and any café contribution are agreed for each campaign; no fixed advertising budget or free hardware is promised.
Start, 30 days and continuation
The 30-day pilot begins when the respective café listing actually goes live. The preparation period does not start the clock. Each café has its own start date.
After the test, we jointly review results, workload and financial contribution. Continuing requires an explicit decision and agreement; there is no automatic renewal or automatic activation of another platform.
Early termination, platform interruptions, final invoicing and ending manager access are addressed in the individual partner agreement. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
The collective and economic expectations
The collective supports shared practical experience, reusable processes and a shared voice in platform discussions. Better platform terms are a negotiation objective, not a guaranteed service or discount.
Each café remains economically independent. We do not coordinate future retail prices between cafés or share identifiable margins of other cafés. Each café makes its own pricing decisions.
Order volumes, revenue, additional profit, specific delivery times and operation without café staff work are not guaranteed. Platform availability and delivery options are partly outside our control.
Data, rights and approvals
Only agreed access needed for the management service is used. Before accessing personal order or contact data, the data-protection roles and any necessary agreements are established. This website privacy notice initially covers visits and enquiries.
Product images and text may be used only with sufficient usage rights. Publications and promotions are agreed with the café. Approval of one promotion does not authorise arbitrary later changes.
Statutory rules and contact
Statutory liability rules apply. This information does not create an unlawful limitation of liability, particularly for intent, gross negligence or injury to life, body or health.
German law applies where permitted. Mandatory legal provisions remain unaffected. The individual partner agreement sets out the actual services and details of the collaboration.
